Common questions

• Report a post, comment, story, message or person: open the three-dots menu on it inside the app and choose Report. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
• Block someone: open their profile, tap the menu and choose Block.
• Delete my account: Settings, then Delete account in the app, or see how to delete your account.
• Parents and guardians: BQZ is for ages 13 and over; accounts of people aged 13 to 17 start private with limits on who can message them. To ask about a child's account, write to us at support@bqzapp.com.
• Forgot my password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.
