Delete your BQZ account

This page is for the BQZ app (developer: Abdulrahman Abdulla Almhuairi). You can delete your account and its data in either way:

Option 1: inside the app

Open BQZ, go to Settings > Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, posts, stories, comments, messages and files (posted photos and videos, chat photos and voice notes) are removed from our live systems.

Option 2: by email (no app needed)

Send an email from the address of your BQZ account to support@bqzapp.com with the subject Delete my account and include your BQZ username. If your account uses a phone number, write from any address and tell us the phone number. We check that the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

All your profile data and content are deleted. Copies in our backups are cleared within 30 days. We may also keep limited records we are legally required to keep or need to handle abuse. Messages you sent may remain on other people's devices. See the Privacy Policy.
